You express your interest in obtaining a loan by completing and submitting the loan application. Your eligibility to apply is not a commitment to lend. Submitting an application for a loan does not guarantee approval of an applicant for any offer or approval for the maximum loan amounts available. All applications require a complete submission of requested documents and information, subject to verification and underwriting approval. We may request information from you including, but not limited to, bank transaction history, for verification of employment, income and of your expenses. We also verify your identity and residence. Income, expenses, and cash flows must meet eligibility requirements as established by our underwriting guidelines which are subject to change without notice. Your information will be reviewed to assess if it meets our lending criteria.

You can pay off the loan anytime without any prepayment penalty. Interest rates are determined and approved by the State of Florida and based on the loan amount. The maximum allowable APR is 35.99%. In addition to APR interest, approved loans are also subject to fees and taxes as outlined in §516.031(3) of the Florida Consumer Finance Law. Rentqui will never charge you any "hidden fees" that are not fully disclosed in your Loan Agreement or the Rates and Terms.

Not all applicants will qualify for a loan:

*Approved unsecured personal loans typically range from $250 to $1,500. New customers are eligible for up to $250.
